Brown Beaver

These are absolutely beautiful pelts! The leather is extremely soft and pliable, and the brown fur is SO soft! We guarantee that you will not be disappointed! Harvested from the Northern US and Canada during legal hunting/trapping seasons by licensed hunters/trappers.

***Beaver pelts are measured nose to butt and then side to side. Length + width = size.***

-Pelts may have some fur stubble on the leather hide.

Premium Grade-there are no or minimal imperfections in the pelt and the fur quality is outstanding.  There may be some sewing done but this does not affect the appearance or quality of the pelt. These are THE BEST BANG for your buck! 

Medium Grade-there will be some imperfections. Typically this means small bite marks or holes. Nothing drastic. Some pelts may have some areas of sewing repairs but this does not affect the appearance of the fur side of the pelt. 

Imperfect Grade-there will be some holes aside from the leg, eye and ear holes, irregular shape or areas of sewing repairs that affect the appearance or shape of the pelt. Fur quality is still good, making these pelts ideal for sewing projects and crafts! 

The leg, eye and ear holes are standard in every pelt for every grade*

*Note: Real fur and skin tails may have some smells or shedding...this is normal. The pelt can be gently shaken or brushed and hung up for a few days to remedy these issues.*
